Sprocketman Bicycle Service and Repair recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers and other third parties who provide their personal information to us.

This is particularly the case where you order goods which need to be delivered to your postal address.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours, and will normally respond to your request within five business days. If your complaint is complicated or requires further investigation our response may take additional time to finalise.
